NEMCAT Secures Sixth Consecutive Victory as Aisha Yue Wins UNSW Materials Science Showcase

Our PhD student Yangjun (Aisha) Yue was placed first among the presenters from the School of Materials Science and Engineering at the annual UNSW Science Postgraduate Research Showcase on the 30^th of June.  Aisha is currently in the second year of her joint PhD between UNSW and Cochlear. 

 

This maintains the NEMCAT group’s unprecedented record in this competition with this being the 6^th consecutive year that a PhD student from our group has won the best school presentation prize.  Our group also had a very strong presence with outstanding presentations from the other 6 speakers:  Jialin (Cathy) Deng, Suchen Huang, Huangang (Geoffrey) Huang, Yueyue Luo, Shahrzad Shaddel, and Fenglin (Wendy) Zhuo.
